Deposit: to guarantee reservation is 50% of lodging at the applicable rate.  We are pleased to accept checks, or money orders (in U.S. Funds) made payable to Sun Vista Villas, LLC. Deposit must be received within fourteen (14) days of booking to guarantee your reservation, and balances paid at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Reservation Cancellations, or any portion thereof, received by Noon EST at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Deposits will not be returned without thirty (30) or more days notice of cancellation.  In no event will a 'no-show' payment be refunded.

All villas are non-smoking. If you or your guests smoke indoors, you will be assessed a $150 cleaning fee in addition to any damages - you will be required to vacate, and said cleaning will take place immediately. No refund will be issued.

Check-In is between 4-6PM EST/Check-Out 10AM EST  Prior arrangements must be made for late check-ins. Call for more details.

Special Touches: Prior arrangements must be made for any special touches such as extra housekeeping for extended stays, or early check-in (if available), provided for an additional fee. Call for more details.
